What happens on arrival, step by step
- We track your flight. When the aircraft parks, your greeter is at the jet bridge holding a sign with your name (Silver and Gold).
- You walk together to the priority lane at passport control. Biometric gate or counter, usually under 2 minutes.
- In the baggage hall the greeter identifies your bags with you and arranges a porter if needed.
- Customs, then straight to your driver, or to your taxi or rental desk if you did not book a transfer.
Who books VIP fast track?
Families with young children, travellers over 70, business travellers on tight schedules, groups arriving for weddings and bar mitzvahs, pilgrim groups, and anyone landing after a long-haul flight who would rather not stand in a line. The Bronze package is for departures from Israel only. The service is also popular for departures during holiday peaks (Passover, Sukkot, August), when security lines at Ben Gurion are longest.

Is the VIP service available for every airline and terminal?
Yes. We serve all airlines at Terminal 3 and low-cost flights at Terminal 1 (Terminal 1 departures carry a surcharge, see add-ons). Arrivals at Terminal 1 are routed through Terminal 3 passport control, so the service works the same way.
Can the greeter meet us at the aircraft door?
With the Silver and Gold packages, yes. The greeter has airside clearance and waits at the jet bridge as the door opens. The Bronze package is for departures only: the greeter escorts you after passport control.
Do children count as passengers?
Children over 2 count toward the passenger total. Infants under 2 are free.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 48 hours. Bookings are accepted up to a few hours before the flight subject to greeter availability, with a $49 late-booking fee under 24 hours.
Is this the official airport VIP service?
The fast-track lanes and the Fattal private terminal are operated by the airport's licensed VIP concessionaires. We book and coordinate the service for you, add a private greeter and transfer, and handle everything in one WhatsApp conversation.
