The fleet
Mercedes V-Class
1 to 6 passengers and up to 8 suitcases. Sliding doors, leather, climate control, Wi-Fi, bottled water. Our standard vehicle for couples, families and small groups, at one flat price.
Mercedes Sprinter
Up to 16 passengers with luggage, or up to 19 passengers without luggage. Quoted per trip for groups, weddings and tour parties.
Mercedes Sprinter Limo
Up to 10 passengers with luggage. A VIP minibus for groups who want extra comfort. Quoted per trip.
Surcharges and policy
- Waiting: 60 minutes after landing included; $25 per additional 30 minutes. If your flight is delayed, waiting time starts from the actual landing time, free.
- Extra stops: $25 per stop on the way (up to 15 minutes).
- Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
- Payment: credit card only, in US dollars, by secure link after confirmation.
- Child seats: $15 per seat, on request.
Why not just take a taxi from the rank?
Taxis at Ben Gurion run on the meter plus airport, night and luggage supplements, and the line at the rank can be long after a big arrival wave. A pre-booked private transfer gives you a fixed price in writing, a driver who already knows your hotel, a car that is waiting when you land, and a WhatsApp number to reach if anything changes. For two or more people it usually costs the same or less than a metered taxi to Jerusalem.

Where exactly does the driver wait at Ben Gurion?
Your driver waits at Gate 23, on level 2 of Terminal 3, holding a sign with your name. Your driver's name and mobile number are sent to you the day before. If you booked VIP fast track, your greeter walks you straight to the car.
How long is the transfer from Ben Gurion Airport to Jerusalem?
About 50 minutes on Highway 1 outside rush hour, up to 75 minutes on weekday mornings and Thursday evenings.
Can I book a return transfer to the airport?
Yes, at the same price. For departures we pick you up 3 hours before an international flight, or 2 hours if you also booked our VIP departure service.
Are child seats available?
Yes, infant and booster seats are $15 per seat. Tell us the children's ages when booking.
